LINGERIE
> For more info
The winter 2010 lingerie collection is a journey in time through the festive and intoxicating Europe of the first part of the XXth century. From Paris to Berlin, the elated and dreamlike world of the night is glorified.
The cellars of Saint-Germain-des-Prés resonate with a frenzied Jazz. The Parisian ambiance is celebrated through its muses; liberated women, strong and spiritual, in the image of Simone de Beauvoir, Zizi Jeanmaire or even Juliette Gréco.
The very architectural "Swing" lace is the perfect incarnation of this Saint-Germain-des-Prés spirit,
both mysterious and fanciful.
The Berlin cabarets breathe an air of madness. The ambiance is strange and overexcited,
its ambassador Liza Minnelli, burlesque and fanciful.
We rediscover this artistic universe in the catalog's visuals, which stage the collection's styles in an artist's studio.
The color range is composed of warm and deep tones. The orange-colored "Rouquine", the "Rouge Mogador" and the brown "Castor" evoke a bewitching and oriental ambiance.
These tones are enriched with a marine "Bleu Saint Germain" and two shades of grey "Gris Poivre" and "Pluie". An electric blue "Atlantis" invigorates this poetical and intimate ambiance. Finally, the Cashmere theme proposes a marbled effect silk print in the delicate tones of grey and camel.

SWIMWEAR

The summer 2010 collection invites us to embark on an authentic, warm-spirited and mysterious journey from Southern Europe to Latin America.
The adventure begins in the Old World, in a traditional, festive Spain with its bullfighting festivals, honoured in the form of sophisticated detailing evoking bullfighters’ costumes (the fringes of the Féria line). The tied belts of the Jet Lag line evoke the costumes of the “revellers” participating in the popular bullfighting festival.
Next, we cross the ocean, headed for the New World. The detailing on the swimsuits of the Gaucho line freely interprets the equestrian art of the Argentinian gauchos. In this collection inspired by the time-honoured leather trades, we find traditional detailing borrowed from saddles, harnesses and even lassos (rope knotting and plaiting).
We end our journey in Buenos Aires, a vibrant and passionate city where life is lived to the rhythm of the Tango. The elegance of the Argentinian capital is conveyed though graphic-style detailing, satin bands in Fric Frac and ‘scissor cut’ metallic clasps in Vogue.
The natural and comfortable fabrics of the Caravane and Tango beach lines (linen and cotton) have been carefully crafted in tune with the chic and authentic Hidalgo spirit, while the detailing of the Jet Lag and Féria lines makes for beachwear items with elegant and sophisticated drapes.
The range of colors is built around the natural shades of earth and nude tones, accentuated with the bright and lively hues of precious stones. The false blacks have a mystic, bewitching quality.
The Rose Corrida shade is reminiscent of the color of the matadors’ stockings and combines with the Cactus green shade in a truly designer spirit.
The Jet Lag line represents the twin-tone interplay of shades that are, in turn, bright and radiant or subtle and faded.
The legendary coats of the Argentinian horses were the inspiration for the Flag print, a large-scale Mondrian extravaganza in a range of bright colors.
