What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

If you have not received your parcel within five days and no delivery attempt notice has been left, please check the status and location of your order.

You will find the tracking link allowing you to track your order in the email received upon shipment of your order.

This link can also be accessed via the “Log-in” section of the menu. If you have an account, go to the “My orders” section. If you placed the order as a guest, go to the “Log-in” tab of the menu and refer to the “Track my order” section.
