When will I be charged for my order?
If your payment is authorised, you will receive an email confirming that the order has been validated. Your bank card or PayPal account will be debited when your order is dispatched. You will receive an email informing you that the order has been dispatched, with a link allowing you to track your parcel.
If you have a customer account, you can check the status of your order at any time in the “My orders” section. If you placed the order as a guest, go to the “My account” section of the menu and refer to the section “Track my order”.
