How much does it cost to return a product?

Europe: The return of your order is free. A pre-paid label is included in your package for this purpose. If you do not have a UPS Access Point in your country, please schedule a courier via the phone number listed on the documents attached to your order, the return will still be free.

USA : You can return items from your order free of charge. A FedEx prepaid label is included in your parcel for this purpose. You can find the nearest FedEx drop-off point HERE.

If you have already returned part of your order and wish to make a second return, the shipping costs are payable by you.

Rest of the world: A return shipping fee will be calculated based on the amount of your order and will be deducted from your refund. This amount will be indicated to you when you request a return on our portal HERE.
