Why does ERES manufacture products in China?

The Silk Road... starting in China, it takes its name from the most precious of materials. It is this expertise that we wanted to benefit from for our most beautiful loungewear pieces. As such, the creation of printed silk satin kimonos, trousers and tops has been in the hands of our partners for more than 15 years. 

Another exceptional material that has its roots in China is cashmere. This exceptionally soft and delicate fibre requires extremely precise treatment and specific climatic conditions. We have decided to entrust its production to our longstanding Chinese partners who have mastered the use of this unique material. 

Each step, from the development of the material to the making of the garment, takes place on site in order to support this expertise and limit the number of return journeys that may harm our environment.
