If you have not received your order within the specified delivery time or if the parcel cannot be located, please complete a declaration of non-receipt form which you can download here. Once filled out, please send this document, along with a scanned copy of the front and back of your ID, to our customer service team, who can be contacted via the “Contact us” tab accessible on all pages of our website. We will send these documents to our carrier so that an inquiry can be opened.
When the latter declares your parcel lost, we will immediately refund you the order total. Our customer service team will keep you informed of the progress of the inquiry and remains available for any questions you may have.
