How can I track my order status?

We will send you a confirmation email a few minutes after confirmation of your order. It will include the summary of your purchase and a link allowing you to track your order. 

As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive another email providing a tracking number for your order.

You can also track your order by clicking on the link corresponding to the chosen delivery method (Colissimo for France, UPS for EU orders and FedEx for US orders), then entering the tracking number provided in the dispatch email:

The order summary can also be accessed via our website. If you have one, go to the “My orders” section of your customer account. If you placed the order as a guest, go to the “My account” section of the menu and refer to the section “Track my order”.
