When and where can I find my invoice?

You can consult and download your invoice in your customer account as soon as your order has been dispatched. Go to the “My orders” section and access the details of your order.

If you placed the order as a guest, go to the “My account” section of the menu and then to the “Track my order” section with your order number, email address and postcode of the billing address used when placing the order.
