How do I return an item?
We provide a Colissimo, UPS or FedEx label for a free return in your parcel. If your order was shipped to the UK, please contact our customer service agents, who will provide you with the appropriate return label to ensure swift treatment of your return as of Jan 1st 2021.
You have one month as from receipt of the order to declare your return and return the products to us.
To return an item:
1- go to the “My account” section of the menu
2- if you placed your order using your customer account, log in; if you placed your order as a guest, go to the “Track my order” section
3- access the details about your order and indicate which items you wish to return as well as the reason for your return. You can also choose to return your entire order
4- stick the label provided along with your order documents in the initial package, then
- Colissimo returns: drop your package off at a post office
- UPS returns: refer to the documents attached to your order to find a UPS Access Point near your home. If you do not have access to UPS Access Points in your country, request a courier using the telephone number specified on the documents attached to your order.
- FedEx returns: drop your package off at a FedEx access point or schedule a courier pick up. Our customer service is available to assist you with finding the list of access points or scheduling a pick up.
5- upon receipt of the returned products, we will refund you provided that the return conditions are respected. The refund will be made via the payment method used when ordering.
Please keep proof of postage indicating the parcel number to facilitate tracking of the return to our warehouse.
If you have already returned part of your order and wish to make a second return, the shipping costs are payable by you.
