We prepare and dispatch orders within 24 hours, excluding weekends, bank holidays and the festive period.

All orders placed before midday (working days) are dispatched on the same day. You will be informed by email when your parcel has been prepared and dispatched. 

During busy periods such as the sales, preparation time may be between 48 and 72 hours.
