Professional Equality Index

As part of our commitment to gender parity in the workplace, we have assessed a number of metrics from the French gender equality index for 2024.

 

Although the specific nature of our workforce means we cannot calculate our overall score, here are the results for three metrics we can calculate:

 

  • Gender pay gap: incalculable
  • Difference in employee pay rises: 35/35
  • Percentage of female employees who received a pay rise on their return from maternity leave: 15/15
  • The distribution of women and men in the highest paid positions: 5/10

 

These results represent a total of 55/60 for applicable metrics, demonstrating Eres’ commitment to fostering an equal and inclusive work environment.
