I bought a product in an ERES store. Can I return it?

You have one month as from the purchase date to return a product purchased in-store. You must have the receipt. The item must not have been worn or washed, and must be returned with its original labels. The returned product can be

- exchanged for an item of equivalent value

- refunded by a credit note which is valid for 12 months

For products purchased in department stores or from a retailer, please read the corresponding terms and conditions of sale. Products purchased during the sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
