How can I track my order?
Once your parcel has been passed on to the carrier, you will receive a shipment confirmation email including the tracking link allowing you to track your order. This link can also be accessed via the “Log-in” section of the menu.
If you have an account, go to the “My orders” section. If you placed the order as a guest, go to the “Log-in” tab of the menu and refer to the “Track my order” section.
