Professional Equality Index
For the year 2025, the company calculated the indicators that make up the Professional Equality Index between women and men, in compliance with the applicable legal provisions.
Due to the structure of its workforce, the overall Index cannot be calculated.
However, certain indicators were measured and represent a total of 40 points out of 60.
These results serve as a tool for analyzing our internal practices and form part of an ongoing commitment to promoting professional equality between women and men.
